Production time
Print-on-demand products take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping.
Estimated delivery
- United States: 3–7 business days after production (total: approximately 6–12 business days)
- International: 2–4 weeks after production
Other countries
Faster delivery when shipped from a local facility. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the country of manufacture. Your estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Some US orders are handed off from DHL or UPS to USPS for last-mile delivery, if that happens, you may receive a second tracking number. Check both carriers if needed.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost packages
A package is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for 2+ weeks (domestic) or 3+ weeks (international). If this happens, please contact us.
